Deposit Anywhere is a time-saving mobile app feature that allows you to remotely deposit a cheque using your mobile device, anytime of the day or night, without visiting a branch. It is available to all members that have Member Direct Online banking and have downloaded the mobile app on either an Apple or an Android phone or tablet.

Your KCCU MemberCard® allows you to pay for your purchases by transferring funds directly from your KCCU account to the retailer.

Mobile Wallet

Mobile Wallet is built right into Apple and Android Phones.  Just download the latest version of the KCCU Mobile App, load on your KCCU Member Card® debit card, Collabria Mastercard®, choose your passcode and start making payments!

Credit Cards

KCCU has partnered with to Collabria Financial Services Inc. to provide members with a variety of first-class credit cards. Collabria offers generous rewards programs on various card products and provides added benefits available to cardholders at no additional cost, such as Zero Liability fraud protection, fraud text alerts and 24/7 online account access.

Auto Deposit & Request Money

Make your e-Transfers more effective by utilizing these features.

For example, if an account were opened in one individual’s name for deposits that are directed by someone else, the other person or entity would be a third party.

  • A secondary piece of identification from the primary list above
  • Canadian Birth Certificate
  • Credit Card bearing the name and signature of the individual which has issued by a well-known and reputable Canadian financial institution
  • A CNIB (Canadian Institute for the Blind) client card bearing the individual’s photo and signature
  • Provincial Outdoors Card
  • Canadian University or College Student Card with photo (for student identification only)
  • An employee identification card (with photo) issued by an employer that is well known in the community (i.e. KGH, DND, Queens University, Corrections Canada, etc.)
  • Foreign passport
  • Canadian Passport
  • Permanent resident card
  • Citizenship card (issued prior to 2012)
  • Secure Certificate of Indian Status issued by the Government of Canada
  • Driver’s licenses issued by province or territory
  • The DND (Department of National Defense) 404 driver’s license
  • Nexus Card issued by Canada Border Services Agency

  • Provincial or territorial identity cards (i.e. Ontario Photo Identification Card)
  • Foreign Passport (only if it is equivalent to a Canadian issued photo identification document)
